CIBO WATER FRONT CAFE
We are located in a repurposed industrial building on the bank of the Historic Red River. For much of the 20th Century, the “Pump and Screen House” building, provided water coolant to Winnipeg’s Downtown Steam Heating Plant. High ceilings, massive windows, industrial masonry, simple lighting, warm furnishings and urban riverfront views all create the setting for a special dining experience.
